I live in the city of Laguna in the Philippines with my husband, Jobert, and our two daughters, Erin and Cassandra. Erin is a sports enthusiast; she loves football (American soccer), volleyball, and basketball. Cassandra keeps busy caring for her two snakes and diving into her favorite manga (Japanese comic books). Weekends are all about family time - exploring parks, playing with our three dogs, and traveling to different parts of the Philippines to visit loved ones. One of our favorite destinations is Coron, Palawan, a stunning spot for island hopping and mountain climbing.
Before joining the real estate industry, I spent 10 years working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, primarily in call centers. During that time, I developed a deep expertise in customer service, thriving on solving challenges and ensuring clients’ concerns were resolved. That passion for helping others has driven me in everything I do.
In 2021, I took an exciting leap into real estate when I joined Cyberbackers, a company specializing in virtual assistant services for the industry. That’s when I joined Melanie in the real estate business. My client service experience translated easily to my work in this role. It continues to be an incredible experience contributing to Melanie’s growing business.
As the Business Manager of The Sweeney Group, I enjoy managing databases, overseeing contracts, and coordinating client communications. One of my favorite roles is helping clients by sharing important updates, finding answers to their questions, and ensuring every transaction flows smoothly from start to finish. Each day brings new challenges since every client’s journey and transaction is a bit - or a lot - different. That means I continue learning every day which makes my work interesting.
The most rewarding part of my work is knowing that I’m helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. It’s truly a privilege to play a part in turning their goals into reality. Jobert and I recently purchased our first home, so I personally understand how much homeownership means to families!
